Question about becoming a vegan?
If your trying to loose weight then try not to eat food with too much carbohidrat that can make you gain rather than loos also eat alot of beans they are a good source of protean which is used to heal the body incase you didn't know pluse nuts help. By the way make sure to dink lots of water because Being dehydrated makes your fat breaking system slow down alot. Also Are you shire you dont want to become a vegetarian because vegans can't have dairy products (milk cheese Which can be annoying when going out for a meal pluse bad for your teeth etc hope this helped
