Can you recommend to me a good cookbook?

i have a great cookbook right now-i'm new to cooking but i'm good at it and love to cook. i'm looking to get more, but i want a good book. i'm looking for something that offers quick, easy, and healthy meals. Nothing fancy and nothing expensive. i am also a picky eater so i'd like something that offers variety, and i'd like something that offers a great selection of dishes / a lot to offer.
