How do you make a quick and good strawberry glaze out of strawberries?

I`m making some white cake cupcakes, and i would like to make a strawberry glaze, but i dont know how and there arent any recipies in the cookbooks i have. I have some fresh strawberries! But i need it to be quick no more than about 30 minutes! (: thanks!
