I have to make a Korean cookbook for my class?

so basically i need to make a Korean cookbook for one of my classes and i need 15 Korean dishes, and i will have to make one later on for the class. I'm not asking for you to give me recipes because i'm lazy or anything i am only asking what is some dishes that you find delicious that is Korean, so which ones?
