When buying a cookbook, for either yourself or a gift, do you look to see where?

it was published? Whether it is British, American or Australian? That is, if it is not immediately obvious as in THE GOOD GREEK COOK BOOK. Does the picture on the cover influence you? Do you prefer a picture of food or a picture of the author on the front cover? Do you make sure that if it is a Greek cookbook, it is written by a real Greek, or if it is a Burmese cookbook, it is written by a real Burmese? Does it make a difference to you whether the word HEALTHY appears somewhere on the cover? Does it make a difference whether it is written by a man or a woman?
