Quick and easy healthy recipes?

My brother is getting his own place for the first time and is asking for cookbooks full of quick and easy, healthy recipes. I'm on a budget so I thought it would be nice to make him one myself out of recipes found online. Any favorites or suggestions? Links are great. I might use them all but I'll pick the one that sounds the best!
