as a vegan , tofu is okay if you can flavor it . anything organic , is a plus but expensive . whole food stores would bankrupt me ! cook stews with a harmony of spices , and make sure of sunflower oil . soy milk . ? . i drink fresh juices that i crush , squeeze , or puree . things like vanilla sticks are pure , natural honey on chapati (unleven bread) is a plus with fresh fruit ! anything green orange blue purplre brown white and red in the fruit and veg section , try to mix it up ! bananas are great to add to anything , including tea ! lol jim
