You think im messing up at my job?

Hey guys thanks for your time. I'm 18yrs old, I just started working for security at this parking lot with ralphs, a burger king and a icdc college. So I been "patrolling" every hour walk around the area and stuff and stand in front of the 24 hour grocery store, but then after I'm done patrolling I sit at the icdc college benches. By the way I work from 12am to 8am. Today in the morning the guy who's in charge (not the manager or supervisor) told me "hey dude, the supervisor came last time and told me he wants us to be more visible and to be on the side walk" was he talking about me? You think someone told him that I been sitting. I mean its midnight for crying out loud. But then again I listen to my ipod an ppl seen me.an he didn't mention nothing about listening to music you think I'm stressing it? Thanks again for your ipinion
