How can I get friends?

Hi My name is Ella and im eleven years old.I feel like I have no friends and no one likes me.I feel jealous when my sisters have friends over and I NEVER have friends over.After school and ALWAYS see people going home with there friends. I mean I ask people if they would like to hang out at my house sometimes, but they just say,, ''Sorry! I have other plans'' I just wish people would know how I feel and I think.If you feel can help me please comment.
