Why should I pay for the recovery of the Muslim murderer who killed 13 Americans?

All prisoners are allowed medical care no matter what crime was committed.. The constitution does outlaw cruel and unusual punishments for crimes. Whether one agrees with it or not, medical care is still a right of the incarcerated.
