Should I even try anymore?

Today was my last day at 6th grade, and we had this Graduation ceremony thing. So I guess 'Tho most popular girl in school' got to sing. She sang "The climb" and she sang freaking horrible. But everybody cheered and screamed. Then, Ella, who used to be my best friend, wrote a speech about people who had allways been by her side. She wrote about her parents, and The popular girl. Shes known the popular girl for 6 months, and shes been my best friend for 4 years. So one day I got fed up with her so I stopped talking to her because she kept ditching me for the popular girl. 4 years of friendship down the drain, and she started to mail me a month later. She allways said how shes sorry that she was ignoring me, and how she wants to be my best friend again. But then when I talk to her shes a major *****. So now, she wrote the speech thing, and I'm just wondering...Should I even talk to Ella? Because I miss her, but shes not the same..
