All the health stores and some of the supermarkets sell gluten-free products, and all the health stores sell recipe books. But I find I get the best recipes on the internet. Just Google "gluten-free recipes" and you'll get millions. I found it easier to start with just eating protein (meat, fish etc) and vegetables, and gluten free pasta, and little by little added bread and other things. If you are a vegetarian is can be quite difficult, though. Good luck with it.
