Ideas (No Games) for Baby Sprinkle?

I will be throwing a baby sprinkle (a small shower, for second child) in two months and I want to have the guests do some sort of project/activity that the mom to be can take home with her and use later on. I have already thought of decorating onesies, decorating quilt squares and later sewing them together, or having everyone bring a favorite simple recipe and making the mom a go to cookbook. I would really appreciate more ideas though! Thanks!
