Hidden home camera security system?

I got a quite from a security camera person and it was like 2.5g and way over the price I'm willing to pay. Someone has been destroying my mailbox and I want to set up one camera on my house to watch it. It needs to be good quality, HD if possible, with IR and PTZ. The biggest thing though is it needs to be either a hidden camera that can go somewhere on my house, or it needs to be a small and all white dome camera that will blend in with my house. Also, it will be outdoors and we live in New England so this thing needs to be tough. Price should be anywhere under 1.5g including DVR and cables and stuff.
