Always have a problem when making curry?

If it's too watery, take out the meat and boil it off until you have the right consistency, then add the meat back. If it's too dry just add a little boiling water to moisten it up a bit. Another way you could thicken it is to mix 1 tbsp of cornflour/cornstarch with 1tbsp of cold water in a cup then add this paste to your curry. Bring your curry to the boil for 1 minute and it will thicken up nicely. Good luck!

Try The Hungry Girl cookbook. Also sub. canned pumpkin when ever possible. A great trick is to use a box of chocolate cake mix and a 15oz can of pumpkin and that is it , nothing else, just keep mixing. I put that mix into small muffin cups, they are a great little,small treat!!

What should I get my complicated father, for father's day?

Here's the thing, my dad doesn't watch/play sports, he doesn't need/want another cookbook, he doesn't wear watches, or cologne, he works in the backyard a lot, but he has all the gardening tools you could think of, and we have plenty of vegetables and fruits, he doesn't read, he doesn't listen to a whole lot of music, he just likes to watch TV, and if I would buy his favorite TV show on DVD, pretty sure he'd get majorly pissed because he hates watching things twice. So, what should I do?

You think im messing up at my job?

Hey guys thanks for your time. I'm 18yrs old, I just started working for security at this parking lot with ralphs, a burger king and a icdc college. So I been "patrolling" every hour walk around the area and stuff and stand in front of the 24 hour grocery store, but then after I'm done patrolling I sit at the icdc college benches. By the way I work from 12am to 8am. Today in the morning the guy who's in charge (not the manager or supervisor) told me "hey dude, the supervisor came last time and told me he wants us to be more visible and to be on the side walk" was he talking about me? You think someone told him that I been sitting. I mean its midnight for crying out loud. But then again I listen to my ipod an ppl seen me.an he didn't mention nothing about listening to music you think I'm stressing it? Thanks again for your ipinion

it was published? Whether it is British, American or Australian? That is, if it is not immediately obvious as in THE GOOD GREEK COOK BOOK. Does the picture on the cover influence you? Do you prefer a picture of food or a picture of the author on the front cover? Do you make sure that if it is a Greek cookbook, it is written by a real Greek, or if it is a Burmese cookbook, it is written by a real Burmese? Does it make a difference to you whether the word HEALTHY appears somewhere on the cover? Does it make a difference whether it is written by a man or a woman?
